椭圆拱代替三心拱巷道断面的分析研究

The Feasibility Study of Elliptical Arch Instead of Three Centered Arch Section Tunnel

摘要: 为了研究椭圆拱代替三心拱巷道断面的可行性,采用理论计算和数值模拟方法,对椭圆拱与三心拱巷道断面的几何尺寸误差、位移特征和应力特征等进行分析,研究表明:三心拱与椭圆拱巷道断面尺寸误差远小于《煤矿安全质量标准化考核评级办法》中所规定的误差要求;两类巷道的位移特征基本相同;在巷道围岩浅部,椭圆拱断面巷道的垂直应力和水平应力均较三心拱巷道的小,随着向围岩深部发展,椭圆拱断面巷道应力增加幅度较三心拱巷道快,但对支护影响不大。

Abstract: Through analyzing the difference of size error and displacement characteristics and stress distribution of tunnel section between the elliptical arch and three centered arch by the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method, in order to study the feasibility of elliptical arch instead of three centered arch section tunnel. Research shows that three centered arch and elliptical arch tunnel section size is far smaller than the error which required in the coal mine safety quality standardization assessment rating methods. The displacement characteristics of two kinds of roadway is basically the same. The elliptical arch section tunnel vertical stress and horizontal stress is smaller than three centered arch In the superficial roadway surrounding rock,but the stress of the elliptical arch section tunne is increased ratio bigger than three centered arch along the direction of deep surrounding rock. Therefore, it is feasible that elliptical arch section instead of three centered arch section tunnel.
